If you bought a body panel and the welds did not penetrate, would you find that acceptable? I am going to have to weld them up, because if I use it as is, dirt and water are going to collect in those seams, and this panel is also structural. I honestly don't know if I am being too picky or this is acceptable as a part purchased. There are even a few areas in which the top of the weld is void also. Is this "normal" from purchased parts?
