It is the rear portion of the floorpan; all structural and the seams that are not penetrated will be exposed to everything coming up from the ground. I will have to re-weld it, and yes, there will always be concern about warping, and working the piece to account for the warpage will be where most of my time is spent.
Yeah, there may be more to the story, and that is why I am asking, but the more I voice my concern, the more I realize that the welds are crap. I am 95% sure the panel was fabricated here, as opposed to overseas.
