I’m at a loss with this transmission.

I’ve tried all I can aside from removal and digging deeper than visual inspection of the internals.
Which looked good

I’m calling on any 1/2 ton owners to chime in and tell me if what I’m hearing in my tranny, you also hear in yours ... or not!!

One freind has already made a short video clip of his, and it sounds similar.

I’m about to drop this transmission once again to finally do some measuring of parts to see if excessive wear exists on parts I have in there so I can order.

NOS parts are drying up and only some are available, but if what might be the cause IS available to purchase, I’m getting on it.

I thank the Vaughn and the rest for their input and suggestions.

After pulling it apart once before all looked fine. But I’m obviously missing something. And maybe it’s excessive wear, something I can’t see or feel but must be measured.
