Installing a receiver hitch

I am planning on removing a farmer installed flat plate hitch and related supporting gussets.

What is a realistic towing weight limit for the Civilian Power Wagon?

I am thinking trailer brakes will be a part of the upgrade, for peace of mind while towing anything.
