Sounds like 12 volt trailer brakes will be involved for me. More for peace of mind, and ease of travel.. as well as insurance for the unexpected UH-Oh. Not traveling distances, going fast, but it is hilly around here in places.
I realize that there will be some second gear hills (both going up, and going down) That is not a concern so much, as having a realistic idea of what the truck is capable of managing.
