1999 Dodge 2500 V10

I just got a 1999 Dodge V10 4x4 that had a cab fire. I want to make it run, and assume I need a new wiring harness to accomplish this. Any V10 advice, tips or tricks? I'm not familiar with the V10 or the second generation Dodge pickups.
