Tire size vs ring gear size on 1/2 ton WC

I just had an NOS 4.30 ring and pinion set installed in my post war 8.75 4 pinion third member along with new bearings. I had 4 teeth let loose on the ring gear. The third member was installed in the truck 8 years ago. It was purchased from a salvage yard so I figure I got some good use out of it before it did the “El breakout”. I wonder if running the larger 900-16 NDT’s in place of the OEM 750-16’s has any effect on the ring gear and pinion life. I do know the larger tires along with the rims weight a lot more than the OEM set up.
I have a good used 4.10 third member for the rear and am in the process of having a good used 4.10 ring and pinion set installed in the proper case to be used in the front axle. This way I will have a spare set.
