Ok I did not realize it was a Depot upgrade to put the 9 5/8 in the rear of earlier 3/4 tons. Mine has a later rear axle as it has a welded cover on the back of the differential housing. I have another centered axle with a bolt on cover with the small diameter studs. So that one is probably an early 8 3/4 axle. There are not any tags on it about using multiple gaskets.
