What happens over time, the seal fatigues and allows oil into the hub. The oil starts thinning out the grease and gives it the appearance of oil, the answer is no, it's not lubed by oil, only wheel bearing grease. The oil issue is typical of worn parts.
At the 3rd member or ring & pinion housing, look at the bottom below the pinion at the long flat area, if you see it stamped 5.83 or 4.89, and have 12, 7/16 studs, and it’s off-set to the right of the housing, it's a standard FFPW rear end.
