metal bending

On the bottom of the attached photo is the offending section of metal that was removed. At the top left of the photo is a profile of the removed section. At the top right is the the new metal which will be cut to replace the removed section. The black lines are the centers of the two approx. 3/8" radius curves and the 1/4" radius curve at the top. The replacement section is 14 gauge and it is part of the floorpan.

I don't have any dedicated metal bending equipment. So far I have been necessary bends with hammers, sheet metal vise grips, other pliers and vise grips, seams in the concrete, edges of a table, a couple of 2x4s screwed together as a makeshift break, and whatever else I can find. I don't have a vise, and don't have anyplace to put one even if I did have a vise.

How can I make these bends with only hand tools?
