So far I have been able to make 90 degree, non-radiused bends by making a score along the back and using hook, crook, hammers, and whatever to bend it. I had one idea if I wanted to shell out for a vise and find somewhere to put it: Put a piece a rebar and the sheet part into a vise, with the rebar at the top of the vice and the sheet part positioned with the beginning of the curve touching the rebar. Then hammer the part over until it has curved the desired amount. Or leave the sheet long enough that I can push it over the rebar, and then cut it to shape and size.
