I was originally leaning towards the louvers... the hood side ones aren't plentiful enough to even create the volume to fill the turbo inlet so theres my first restriction issue. So the inner fender ones seem decent, but then there is tire spray issue and water. Lastly, the double sided sword issue of they are there to let heat out of the engine compartment, which is actually something a lot of modern vehicles don't have provisions for.
