Broken water pump bolt

I have read the archives and I feel it would be better for me to take my truck some place to have the broken water pump bolt extracted. Can someone suggest what type of shop to look for?? Will I need to take the front end of the truck off so they can get to the bolt or can they do it with the front end on?? The bolt that broke is the one that anso has the alternator bracket.
