This is a Hydraco Hydraulic Pump I had once it went on the spline just like the Belt pully wood same bolt pattern, spline size ect. It ran a Backhoe on the back of the tractor. The tractor had a 21+ hp engine and 19 hp to the PTO. Lots of stuff is designed to run off the spline on tractors and the PW spline might be the same size since it was from the same era. Mark H.
