I'll admit it right off the bat that I am an idiot when it comes to vechiles. But I made a promise to my grandad to turn his old truck into a mudding machine and take my kids out like he did me. He recently past away and I want to stick to the promise. I have the truck w/o an engine or tranny. What I need to know is if you buy and engine tranny combo, for a junk yard or older vechile that's not 4wd are you able to put a 4wd transfer case into it? Ne help would be apprecaited and no I'm not going to do the work myself it would never get done.
