Just curious,
Here in N.J.:
-One life time registration fee($36.00 for my 53 PW)
-every 3 years, re-file regisration forms(no fee)
-No inspection
-the vehicle must be at least 25 years old
Insurance rules which may also be DMV laws are as follows:
-2500 miles max per year
-uses are limited to:
TO AND FROM
car shows, cruise nights, educational events, parades, club mettings, mechanic shop, occational joy ride/ice cream parlor run.
CAN"T BE USED FOR WORK, shopping, and other daily activities.
Insurance is very cheap.
What is it like in your state???
Since I am looing for property and I am next to Penn, N.Y. and the other New England States, I am interested in the similarities and differences since these stats are so close together.
I know N.J. has the highest insurance premiums in the country. I don't know if that also applies toward antiques.
