Here in Pa,
Vehicle must be 25 years old.
One time 75.00 fee, plate is good forever as long as you don't sell.
No annual inspection.
Must meet current lighting requirements to run after dark.
Stock lights ok sunrise to sunset.
Occasional use only to only for shows parades etc. This is defined as can't use the vehicle more than 1 day a week.
I have a regular plate on mine. Insurance is about $160.00 per yr with State farm.
