Yeah you would definitely run circles around me especially backing into the corners of the fence rows. But, I would have the upper hand mowing the creek banks. I used to back the trail-behind mower right down the banks into the water. Just stop when I heard the blades hitting the water. Perfectly mowed banks.

Here is an image of me mowing my neighbor farmers grass easement between his property and ours. This was a piece of cake. He lives 20 miles away, so this long strip of grass and weeds was not his top priority.
