When I first started building houses we were a small town and OSHA didn't care about us. But after we became a hotspot on the map and building started to go crazy, they began to attack. I had to buy all sorts of fall-restraint stuff and we kept it available on the roof, but nobody wore it unless we noticed or heard of an OSHA guy in the are. We already had extensiob cords and air hoses on the roof. Ropes connected to a fall restraint harness were just one more hazard.
