Pitman to Saginaw PS Box Fit ??

Hi all, doing a PS upgrade. If anyone has done one how difficult should it be to get the PW pitman arm on to the Saginaw splined shaft? Is it a heavy hammer fit? Just asking before I give it a good whack. Thanks!
