no matter how well the doors fit you are going to have to bolt the body to the frame and in many cases that will change things enough that the alignment gets tweaked. What some folks do is drill a 1/8 hole through the hinge and body as an alignment tool and use that as a reference pt when installing the doors.
Alternative is to pull the door pins to remove the doors.
A old trick is to flop the cab on two a thin mattress.
And of course you could build a cage that used the old body mounts - then the cab could be rotated which ever way you wished.
