(1) pull the doors
(2) build plates that bolt to the old hinge area and striker plate - bolt in place
(3) weld in diagonal braces from the hinge plates to the striker plate, add a gusset. This should end up looking like the letter A turned on its side.
(4)You are not done - you need to add bracing that goes from side to side, say from the hinge plate to the far side striker plate or higher if you can find a spot - some folks weld these in and cut them out later.

Others can chime in - lots of experience out there. But if you are replacing a big chunk of the floor you will want to prevent the cab from making a new shape. I had to take a 4 ton jack and a 4x4 to square up my Carryall cab - rear doors would not fit,
