I am facing a tire change on the M-37 i am doing. These tires on the wheels have been on for some time although the wheels had been sandblasted and painted prior to mounting. They are the usual old,dry rotted NDT ones that are hard as a rock. I tried today and made zero progress on the first one pulling a big forklift on the sidewall with almost no compression of tire. I gave up for the day so am i going to need to cut these things off with like a cutoff wheel on a grinder to get them off? There is no tire shops anywhere local that will even talk to me about changing them so i guess the question is what am i going to do now. I have new tires,tubes and flaps just standard 9:00X16 NDT and will blast and paint wheels.Thanks
