Crimping frame w U bolt

Previously I had asked about attaching a flat bed to a PW frame w over tightened u-bolts. Clint posted a photo showing how his frame had a vertical block to prevent crimping. Not to knock anyone else's truck but on Ebay currently there is a 48PW w a wrecker assembly. The seller has posted to shutterfly 420 photos. #43 is a great example of such damage. I wonder what the three other connections look like? Those w metallurgical knowledge might know whether heat can be used to straighten those points.
