Open the PIF file at the top, go to Group 16, SPRINGS, at the end of the section there are two companies folks on the forum have used with excellent results, you may want to contact them as well if you're looking for a company to make new sets.
The spring steel composition s/b 9260 overall for spring steel on these trucks, it doesn't appear the springs material that was used complies looking at the deformation of the spring steel material and the leafs look thinner than stock springs, however that could just be a distortion of the picture image.
