Hi Vaughn, I am in contact with both General Springs and the actual manufacturer. The manufacturer is more willing to help than General Springs but the quality of the replacement spring clips they sent me do not instill a sense of quality. They are only half the thickness of the original (1/8" vs 1/4") and half of them are not straight or square. I created a photo album with more detailed pictures for reference.
