6v Positive to 12v Negative

My FFPW is wired 6v positive ground. All my trailers are 12 negative ground. What equipment do I need to use my trailers with my FFPW and have lights on the trailers?

I have been in contact with Mike Waldron at XM381.com and he could not make it work.
