That's going to be hard to do.
You'll need some type electronic box with transformer to increase the voltage.
You will probably have to make that as I know of no ones available.
24 V to 12 yes,
But there finicky.
The Pos. ground shouldn't make a difference
As lights don't care.
Brakes might be a problem.
You could find 5 to 32Volt LED's which are common, but polarity sensitive.
Best to convert truck to 12Volt or Tow lights
