Confused on side mirrors and door pins?

Working on 67 WM300 and putting a VPW order together. Trying to figure out what would have come on this truck(they're missing) for side view mirrors, arms and the brackets? Also trying to figure out which pins should be there(I see threaded and non threaded). On the upper hinge of driver's side there's a bolt that goes in towards door pillar. Is that supposed to be there and is it used for mounting mirror arm? Thanks in advance for the help!
