If you have the express bed, it's the short mirror arm.
If you have the stake and platform bed, it's the long arm.
Bolt is to hold the arm in place or take out bolt to swing arm close to cab for side clearance. Threaded pin/lock washer, and nut used to hold mirror arm on hinge.
