Pulled the carb, opened it up and had a look. There was some really fine rust in the bowl. Checked the float and couldn't find anything wrong. Maybe the float valve got stuck? Put it all back together and test fired the engine. Gas all over the place!

I'm stumped for now.

Most likely I put the valve back in upside down or something.

I do have a shiny new carb. But I have no idea how to attach an air filter to it. (See picture)
