I am with Keith. Very good chance you still have some air in the clutch system which is not allowing full clutch disengagement. Since the NV-4500 Slave cylinders dont have a bleed port, they can be difficult. If you choose, click on the link below and go to the album "NV-4500 Slave Fitting Modification". I describe a bleed method I use and has never failed to rid all the air.

Be sure you have the 'right' NV-4500 Slave cylinder. The cylinder for the Dodge and GM are different. Are you sure you have the 'right' throwout bearing ?

Other wise if that does not fix your problem, now is the time to open her up and release the stuck disk.
