I have a GM slave, which actually does have a bleed port on the top of it. A small hex screw port near the inlet on the end with a weep hole. Had a nice clean stream of fluid from it when I sealed it.

Can't be certain about the bearing, but the clutch assembly is for that year transmission, and I didn't go for a heavy duty clutch specifically so I didn't have a super heavy clutch peddle. Figured if it was originally for a 454 then it should be fine for a 3.9.

The peddle is really heavy, it could be the clutch itself, but while I do have some movement at the fork, it's not much (< 1"), and with a slave that long I was expecting more throw.
