Stuck clutch

Spent some father-son time in the garage having dad help me fill and bleed brakes and clutch. Both came out pretty good, only a few leaks and they seemed to stop with just a little extra torque behind the connections.

Problem is I'm pretty sure the clutch is stuck since it's been sitting for so long. There is some movement of the fork, but pretty sure it's not releasing. Any ideas on how to free it without the motor running or the driveshafts installed?

I can wait till I do, but was hoping to verify if I have to drop the trans sooner then later.

This is for the 4BT/NV4500 combo in my Power Wagon, so no inspection plate to access.
