Unless absolute originality is needed, you can buy aftermarket gauges in 12 volt. I bought a set for my WDX a few years ago from a place on ebay. They were nicely done with bezels to fit the openings in the dash.
The heater motor can be cared for with a Runtz 12/6 voltage reducer, available at parts stores.
The horn doesn't care, as long as you aren't in the habit of laying on it. :)
