I vaguely remember they are around $300 +/-
I decided on a Runtz voltage drop for the heater and bought a 12 volt wiper motor on ebay. But if a person had good 6 volt wipers, didn't want to mess with the voltage drop, and didn't want to change the gauges, the battery would be a worthwhile purchase. Probably would have cost me less in the long run.
