I have a 58 W100 I'm restoring right now that has an original automatic with the push button pod. I don't have a complete spare as we robbed parts to repair the one we have. I know a guy who has a 727 that's behind a poly 318 he doesn't need. I don't know what it came from or if it was a push button. He's located in Ft Wayne IN if you're interested. The push button shifters don't show up often. Was this truck a manual shift before? The 58's came with a 315 not a 318 which is why I'm asking. 318's came out in 59. Don't know if you're aware but they are two completely different engines.
