Spot weld cutter

i'm going to change a dash in a cab and have been reading Paul's instructions, (by the way thanks Paul thats a big help) whats the best spot weld cutter? I have used the one's with a spring type guile they are on ebay, I lost it and I really prefered to use a drill bit the last time I had a few welds to cut. Anyone have good results with a particulare one?
