whoda thunk I'd be so dumb? I mounted the base and just put the lines on as they had been on that cartridge unit-left on left and right on right. I swear I even checked which line pumped the oil...but you are right-backwards. I cranked the starter for awhile to build pressure and I had it wrong. must not have made a difference for the cartidge filter. Anyhow, thanks for making me check one last time. Just shows that the simplest idea is the answer again.
