besides going to a spin on filter, what was the reason for the change? the filter is upside down with a check valve, so i assume changing the oil will be a mess. you are running a high flow filter on a low flow feed. the spin on doesn't filter as fine as the bypass, correct. im not asking to criticize, but to learn. im all for modifications that make life easier.
