Good job David. I'm glad they came through, but it's extremely disappointing that we have to go through all that hassle just to get people to do the right thing. My daughter spent a couple of hours today arguing with the postmaster (USPS) about a certified letter with employee info. to Social Security. He didn't see the need to step up to the plate. She finally somehow contacted someone higher up in the Postal Service and they got in touch with the guy and started the recovery attempts. I have countless experiences with material and tool vendors and suppliers that have basically said "tough $#!&" until I went above them. I just hope the guy above gives the jerk below a reaming to help him understand the importance of customer relations. JH
