A couple forums back I posted about the big run-around I was getting when trying to get a missing piece from one of their tool kits replaced. Just thought I'd let everyone know that they finally came through with the missing part and all is good. Writing a paper letter to the headquarters got me a call from the US sales manager who apologized and had the missing part sent out to me.
