It doesn't include the compressor. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it does include the switch and solenoid valve to control the air (one per axle). I believe the switch has two poles -- one to work the solenoid and one to turn on the compressor no matter which switch you flip. I'll be installing mine on an M35 so I already have an air compressor, but if I was doing it on a truck that didn't I'd at least add another switch to turn on the compressor by itself, and an air fitting that I could use to attach a hose to air up tires. The small electric compressors aren't made for heavy duty use, but airing up tires now and then shouldn't hurt them. The other fancier possibility to consider for air is to add a belt-driven compressor (like an old air conditioning pump) and a receiver so you could run air tools in the field.
