I had a real busy day today assembling the bed on my orange WDX. I think I've finally done enough of them that I've got it mastered! I've found a few tricks getting these things to go together properly & quickly & so I took lots of pictures in case anyone's at that stage. The number one & most important thing I've learned is to Epoxy all the pieces apart, but assemble the front panel, sides & rear support & paint everything as a unit. According to my calculations...that's how Dodge did them.
Doing it that way I litterally had the bed assembled in 2 hours this afternoon.
It won't be long now for the Orange mobile...I still liked it better when it was flat orange!
