Besides, I don't know if I'd be comfortable knowing my PW was a "sport" anything. It is bad enough that my '89 Dakota had to come with "4x4" on the tailgate. But he does raise an interesting question, That of which actually appeared first (I own a '62 CJ3B too). It seems that only Dodge and Bantam-Willys-Jeep turned their war vehicle into a successfull general public work utility truck which in some variation still exists today (I know an arguement will be made there). Both were forerunners that produced an admirable and capable vehicle that evolved into what we have today, so which has the edge of being "first"? I'm just curious too. Who knows the numbers?
