Mark, I don't know if has been mentioned or not, but if you are going to dive into M37s, that CD-ROM from Military Media is a lot of help. http://www.military-media.com/ I usually have to print out the pages I need (combination of small screen and bad eyes) but there's an awfull lot of good info there.
