Anyone recomend a web site or place that carrys security camera's? 2 years ago I go the garage broken into. My own fault. I never locked the door and the garage was surrounded by a fence with a big mercury vapor light over it and 2 dogs that were asleep at the wheel. Since then I lock my gates and my garage. This morning I come out and the door to my old 74 Dodge (Dodge content) is open and it appears like someone tried to lightly pry open my truck box. This was all under the other mercury vapor light I installed on the big door end of the garage. I run 2 merc vapor lights at night and my whole damn backyard and my neighbors back yards are lit up like daylight. This garage is in the alley and I park 2 vehicles out back.
I am wanting to setup 4 camera's to keep tabs on things and record every night. I want 2 angles out back and they need to be weather resistant and low light levels. Want another one in the garage and then another on the other side. Either recorded on a vcr or plugged into a computer/network would be great.
Any ideas or thoughts? Who ever messed with the old Dodge last night (Dodge content again!) stood right under a bright mercury vapor light. I would have had them plain as day on a camera.
