Thank you for the help Vaughn. I think there's some confusion because not all filter housings work the same way. Some housings have the inlet at the top and drain from the bottom. Others, like mine flow from the bottom and outlet at the top.
So to simplify things it's probably best to identify the ports, coming from the engine, and plumb according to your individual filter housing. It's my understanding the top galley is the pressure and the lower horizontal galley, above the pressure relief port, is the return?
