The shop estimated mine would put out 340 hp. I have the original double hump heads with an Edlebrock intake with a 600 cfm Edlebrock carb. Compression is just over 11. The 325 and the 340 we were told is on an engine dyno. Once you add any accessories and run it through the transmission, transfer case and differential you will see a significant loss of horse power. At 5000 feet I lost 15 to 20% of the horse power just due to elevation. Then your going to loose 25 to 30% in the driveline. So 325 hp ends up around 200 at he rear wheels.

I would strongly recommend a centered differential for the rear axle as it would put a lot less stress on the transfer case to run the power straight through.

Don't go glass packs. I did for a short time. It was kind of fun driving through the parking lot at Microsoft and setting off a lot of car alarms, then watching the guys come running into the garage to check out their cars. I have dual flow masters now and they sound great but not so loud as the glass packs.
