I always install 255/85-16 on my first gens. That’s about as big a tire that looks good on them. I did run a 9.00 x 16 power king & that was the best looking first gen I ever saw. Gordon Many had it pictured with Wilbur on the Home page of his Website. Not sure if it’s even still running that site?
Anyway…it looked great but ran like crap with bias ply tires lol.
